Terms of Service

Last updated: 6/5/2026

Overview

These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement for software development services with Lubab LTD ("we", "us"). By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide software design and development services on a project basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal agreed between you and us. That proposal, once accepted, takes precedence over any general statement on this website.

Proposals and Estimates

Pricing, durations, and package details shown on this website are indicative and may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when a written proposal is accepted by both parties.

Payments

Payment terms are set out in each proposal. Unless stated otherwise:

Invoices are payable via wire (SWIFT), Wise, or cryptocurrency as agreed.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the custom code and deliverables produced for your engagement transfers to you. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components, and to reference the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We treat your non-public information as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request. We will not disclose your confidential information except as required to deliver the work or by law.

Warranties and Support

We deliver work to a professional standard and include a defined post-delivery fix period as stated in each proposal. Beyond that period, support is available under a separate arrangement. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without further warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable proposal. You are responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
